Ashley attended the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba from which she graduated in January 2015. Since then she has spent a majority of her career working throughout the Interlake.

In her free time she loves to spend time with loved ones, be in the outdoors, camping, traveling and volunteers with Ducks Unlimited Manitoba at a local and provincial level.

Ashley is trained in Relaxation and Therapeutic massage, Cupping, Hot Stone, CranioSacral Level 1, Aroma-Touch massage, Japanese Face Massage and is a Holy Fire Reiki Master.

She is continuing her training in the spiritual and energy world and is going to be taking sound healing and IET courses.

Sihem was born in Algeria and grew up in Germany. She recently moved to Canada in the beautiful town of Riverton, MB in 2016 where she currently resides with her family.
